Coach James Windland

Coach James Windland brings approximately 10 years of coaching experience in baseball and softball to 901 Rays Softball. His passion for the game extends beyond competition—he enjoys being on the field, building relationships with young athletes, and watching them develop their skills and confidence over time.

Coach Windland believes one of the most rewarding parts of coaching is seeing players grow, improve, and succeed. He is committed to creating a positive environment where athletes can learn the game, work hard, support their teammates, and celebrate their progress.

At 901 Rays Softball, Coach Windland is excited to share his love of the game while helping young athletes become better players and confident individuals both on and off the field.
